NCSA Government Reference Form – First Responder Supplies and Equipment

The North Carolina Sheriffs’ Association (NCSA) manages a Cooperative Purchasing Program that is available to all City and County agencies. The NCSA is currently in the process of reviewing all bid submissions for the NCSA First Responder Supplies and Equipment Procurement Program. Part of the vetting process to award contracts for the upcoming contract year is to contact Government References provided by each company who submitted a bid.

Please take a few minutes to complete the form below. The scale questions listed below range from 1-5 with 1 being the lowest ranking and 5 being the highest ranking. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and helpful as the Association awards contracts.
