The North Carolina and Virginia Sheriffs’ Associations work collaboratively to provide a Cooperative Purchasing Program for heavy equipment that is available to all public bodies. The Associations are currently in the process of reviewing all bid submissions for the VSA Heavy Equipment Procurement Program. Part of the vetting process to award contracts for the upcoming contract year is to contact Government References provided by each company who submitted a bid.
