The Spring Meeting of the North Carolina Sheriffs’ Association will be held April 27-29, 2015 at the Holiday Inn in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina.
New Hanover County Sheriff Ed McMahon has graciously agreed to again host our Spring Meeting. Sheriff McMahon and his staff are outstanding hosts and look forward to another year of welcoming the sheriffs and other attendees to beautiful Wrightsville Beach.
There are three options in which you and your company may receive enhanced exposure at the Spring Meeting:
- Become an official sponsor of the meeting for only $350. This will include having your company’s logo prominently displaying during all events, your company’s name announced at the podium by a member of the Association’s Executive Committee, and your company’s name and logo listed in the official conference manual.
- Become a speaker at the meeting for only $500. There are a limited number of speaking opportunities, so reserve your time at the podium early. It is not necessary to be an official sponsor to reserve a 3-5 minute speaking opportunity. The speaker and his or her company name will be included in the agenda portion of the official conference manual. Each speaker will be introduced by the Association’s Executive Committee. Another benefit of being a speaker is you may be present throughout the meeting.
- Become an official sponsor AND a speaker for a combined reduced fee of $750. This fee will include the features of both numbers 1 and 2 above.
The deadline to make hotel reservations is March 27, 2015. To make hotel reservations, call the Holiday Inn directly at (877) 330-5050. When making reservations, please specify that you are with the North Carolina Sheriffs’ Association to ensure that you receive the correct rate. Standard rooms are $154.00 (plus tax) per night and oceanfront rooms are $174.00 (plus tax) per night. This rate includes all meals during the sessions.
